Lovely villa in rustic Andalucían style, nestled into a hillside, with almost 360° breathtaking views across the Guadalhorce valley and beyond to the mountains. It is situated near the Sol Andalusi resort which is open to non-residents. The house has a lounge with sky-box and open fire place, a good size kitchen, fully fitted with hand-made pale denim-blue wooden cabinets, and it includes a hob, oven, dishwasher and large fridge. There are three bedrooms, one of them has double doors which open up onto the pool area, fitted wardrobes and a large en suite shower room. Another bathroom, fully tiled, is with bathtub, hand basin, bidet and toilet. The villa and surrounding garden and terraces are all on one level. There are steps leading down from the terraces onto the rest of the land which is sloping and covered in lemon trees. To the left of the house there is a small stone store house, which has been built to compliment the main house. To the front of this is a small garden laid to lawn. To the right of the villa is a large tiled terrace which goes from the front of the property and around to the side, where you will find the 4 m x 3 m swimming pool, which has tiled steps leading down into the water. The pool with pump room at ground level providing full filtration has underwater lighting, and there are alcoves in the walls that also provide lighting for the pool area. Part of this terrace has a large bamboo covered wooden pergola which in the summer has white linen drapes all around to provide shade from the heat. It has been furnished with cane sofas and a large dining table and chairs, and there are electric sockets for extra light or hi-fi. This terrace has a wall all around it which gradually gets taller as it goes around the pool to give it complete privacy. In the left hand corner of the pool area is a stone corner seat filled with many cushions and covered with a wooden pergola, to give you more shade. To the back of the house are the entrance gates and a large stone built pergola which can cover two cars.
The house was built on a finca with eight other houses, and each house has about 6,500 m² of land. This provides privacy for each house but also a reassuring feeling of having neighbours at hand. This is not an urbanisation.
